Return & Exchange Policy

Zahira follows a friendly policy to ensure your purchases are stress-free. We offer a "100% Buyer Protection Program" for our valued customers. We are always with you, before and after your purchase. As an additional measure, please read through the following terms & conditions before making a purchase.

Making a purchase indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agree to adhere to the following terms and conditions.

  • Products that are on sale, or purchased with a coupon or gift voucher are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchange. Please review the size chart carefully for on-sale products.
  • Some items are “Made On Order” and are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for such products is mentioned on the product page.

Refund/Returns

  • As a company policy, we do not provide a refund/return on any product once sold.

Size Exchange

  • Once the Zahira pieces are sold, they can be exchanged for replacement in a bigger or smaller size (provided the aforementioned terms and conditions are met). Customers will be issued a credit note if the desired size of the product is not in stock.
  • If the product is not from the sale section and is eligible for size exchange, you may write to us at helpdesk.zahira@gmail.com within 2 working days or 48 working hours of delivery to request an exchange.
  • Once acknowledged by the Zahira team during the next working day, please send the product back to us yourself, as we do not have a reverse pickup facility for now. Please ensure you take an acknowledgment receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with their signature and mobile number. Zahira will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
  • The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail.
  • Please mention your name, address, number, email, and order ID on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • Please note, exchange is allowed once per order.

Damaged/Wrong Delivery

  • If it's a damaged/defective product or an incorrect item sent, such cases are to be informed to us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will replace the product with the next fastest possible courier facility.
  • Only products that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact, in original packaging, are eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange can only be done within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

  • Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation.
  • You can cancel your Cash on Delivery order within 24 hours of the order. Please write to us at helpdesk.zahira@gmail.com to request a cancellation.
  • The customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by Zahira and accepts Zahira’s decision regarding the cancellation.

How will I receive the credit for my money when the desired size of the exchange product is not available?

  • The credit note will be emailed to you, which you can use within the next 30 days on the Zahira website. Please make sure to use the credit in one go.

Can I exchange a part of my order?

  • Yes. You can exchange any products that are eligible for exchange within 48 hours of delivery. Please note some items are not returnable or exchangeable.
  • If the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, and alterations subject to availability. If the size you have requested is not available, we will offer you the option to get a credit note to buy something else.

Why is my exchange not accepted?

  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the dress. We suggest that the customer should read the product description and have a look at all the pictures before ordering. You can also email us to know more details about the product if needed.
  • Our products undergo various processes handled by human hands, so there may be variations in color, finish, and overall look. The colors you see on our website will depend on the accuracy of your monitor or mobile, for which subtle variations must be acknowledged.
  • A 10-12% color difference depends on the screen resolution of the device used by the client and the camera lights, so please don’t expect an exchange or return for the same.
  • We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on Zahira as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets, and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color will be completely accurate.
  • Exchange/Return is not accepted if the product is washed and worn.
  • Purchases made from the SALE section are not eligible for any kind of return or exchange. All sales, coupon-bought, and gift voucher purchases are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable.
  • Exchanges are not accepted if the customer does not like the material or color of the product order. As we use the best quality material in the market and all product details are mentioned in the product description, we suggest you read all the details before placing the order.
  • The validity of Credit vouchers issued for exchange will be 30 days.
